Hi beauties, today I am going to review the Pond's BB cream, which comes in 1 shade only. I have tried the Maybelline BB cream but did not like it, so thought to try this one. It is not only easily available but also very cost effective, so after my bad experience I wanted to try a simple brand. Read my review here on the Pond's White Beauty BB+ cream.

Packaging

The Pond's BB+ cream comes in different sizes of 9gm, 18gm and 50gm. What I have is a 50g package that comes in a simple white tube and a nozzle that is covered with a lid. In order to apply the product, one simply has to press the nozzle and the cream comes out in normal quantity. I like the fact that it does not drop out too much and neither does it stay stuck inside. Taking out the Pond's BB cream is a hassle free job, so that was a plus point for me.

My Experience

So when I bought the Pond's BB+ cream I was very reluctant to buy this product as I was totally unsure of it, moreover the market for BB creams has grown enormously and there are choices available from every brand. Buying a Pond's product for everyday make up is an unconventional choice for me. Still I went for it and I am very happy with the results. I have been using the Pond's BB+ cream for almost 2 years now and don't feel like changing it. Although I do possess some better brands but my everyday go to BB cream is the Pond's white beauty BB+.

This is a very nice product and helps me a lot for my everyday make up routine, since I do not want to apply the foundation everyday, and just want to keep it simple giving my face a no make-up and fresh look. The Pond's BB cream works perfectly in this manner and gives me very satisfactory results. It is also very easy to use the Pond's BB cream, as it blends very nicely and in spite of looking thick, it is light to apply on the face, giving me an instant glow. Personally, I love this product and have no complaints at all.

The Pond's BB cream also comes with an SPF 30, which means it also acts as a sunscreen, and it is totally non oily and non greasy. And I do not need any other moisturizer or sunscreen while using it.

However, in spite of my love for the Pond's white beauty BB+, it does have its disadvantages and the first being that the company only offers 1 shade of it. So, off course it does not fit every skin tone and considering the fact that Indians have so many diverse skin tones, it is a minus point. The Pond's BB cream does not give full coverage, which can be a dislike for some, but then according to me, a BB cream is light formulated product to give a simple and neat look, unlike a foundation that is generally used for full coverage on the face.

I am NC39 so shades nearby my tone will definitely be happy with this BB cream, but it will not suit too fair and dusky ones. So the Pond's white beauty BB+ cream offers a product for limited consumers only.

The Pond's white beauty BB+ cream is very easily available in every cosmetic shop, departmental stores, newU stores and online websites. The 50gm tube that I have comes for INR 375, which I found to be very easy on pocket.

Will I Buy It Again?

Yes, I have already bought it again as it matches my skin tone perfectly and it will suit similar fair to wheatish skin tones as well.
